class RubyLLM::Browser::Rails::ApprovalRecord

Durable row for a host-issued single-use {RubyLLM::Browser::Approval}.

Only {ActiveRecordApprovalStore#consume_once} mutates a consumed approval, and it does so inside a row-locked transaction so two workers cannot both consume the same grant.
